Fofo

Fofo is our newest rescue.  Showed up in the yard, terrified of everything, and starving. Looks like a Turkish Angora. He loves water. He is so soft! He is fitting right in.

Tiger Lily was abandoned by neighbors who moved, leaving Tiger Lily and her siblings. Lily had kittens at 4 months old, who were also abandoned. They all ended up at Animal Waystation. She had been attacked and ran into my house, so terrified she left her baby kittens Tristan and Isolde. Her three-week-old kittens managed to track her down, nothing short of miraculous.

Tristan and Isolde were abandoned  with their mother by people who moved and just left them.  Their mother, Tiger lily, was attacked by another animal and ran to safety at Animal Waystation, leaving the 2-week-old Tristan and Isolde.  The kittens managed to track her down, a huge distance (for baby kittens) of across the street and three houses down. Now they are all together!

orange striped cat

Harry Houdini is Tiger Lily's brother and was also abandoned by people who moved. When he showed up at Animal Waystation, he was skin and bones with his tail between his legs. It was heartbreaking to see such a beautiful animal so dejected. Now having regained his confidence, he is the funniest little character, marching to his own drummer, just an adorable goof.

Freddy and Ffion (Fifi) were part of a family of six beautiful kittens that Kathleen trapped at a strip mall.  They had apparently been recently dumped and were frantically trying to get into the shops looking for food.  It was a disaster waiting to happen.  Kathleen couldn't just leave them there.

Tinkerbell and Thumbelina are the sisters of Freddy and Ffion.  Kathleen took them home from a strip mall where they had been abandoned.  They are adorably bonded.  Thumby is tiny, about 6 pounds, and she is the boss. Tinkie is very devoted to her sister.  They are loving little darlings.
